Dr. Faraj- We're trying to elevate dentistry in every aspect, from surgical, from patient's experience. Everything that we do is going to be patient-centric, and that's what we strive every day. Hi, I'm Dr. Faraj. I'm a Surgical Prosthodontist here in Lubbock, Texas. I'm the owner of Eleve Cosmetic & Implant Center. We opened this practice back in July, and it is my pride and joy. It is everything that I wanted it to be. The name stands for elevate in French, and the meaning is we're trying to elevate dentistry in every aspect, from surgical, from patient's experience. Everything that we do is going to be patient-centric, and that's what we strive every day. I'm not doing any general dentistry, not even hygiene in our office, because I want to focus on what my specialty is. I spent extra time training in residency 3 years after dental school for me to do these procedures. Melvin - When I had the consultation with Dr. Faraj, he was the first dentist that acould do everything that I needed done. Madiha S. Yazdani - Here at Eleve Dental, we offer multiple different types of anesthesia, including general anesthesia, which is not offered at most places. I am there to take away their pain, anxiety, fear, and make the procedure as smooth and seamless as possible. Dr. Faraj - Anxiety is part of what we do. I understand how anxious patients are when they come through our practice. We take care to spend time one-on-one talking to them and get to the root of what that anxiousness is coming from, the fear of the unknown. There's a lot of hidden fees. There's a lot of, I don't know what to expect after the surgery, and none of that happens here. My goal is to get you from A to Z, all within that time frame, all within that budget. There's not going to be any surprises. Every patient that walks through our door, we walk them through our hallway. We have a lot of before and after photos. What I tell every patient is that every single one of those patients had two things in mind. One, they all were anxious to get the procedure done, every single one of them. Two, everyone struggled to pay for the procedure itself. But what they also all have in common is that every single one of those would go back and do it again because it is that life-changing. Everyone on our team is trained to have the same core values, which is every patient that walks in has zero judgment. Everyone comes from a different background, they have their own different experiences, great communication, personalized care, overall paying attention to small details, and treating everyone like family. Most of our patients come to us because they are ready for something more than a smile. They are coming in for something to change their life drastically. I've had patients that break into tears the minute I ask them to smile because I want to see their teeth. Charla - I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Faraj for numerous reasons. First of all, the confidence that he will give you, the ease he will give you. He's just a kind man, and he sees something you may not see. Dr. Faraj - I've had patients haven't dated anyone for the past 7 years because of their smile, and now they're dating, they're getting married. It is much more than teeth. I fully understand that, and I fully respect that. Your life starts the minute you get your final restorations.
