A Remarkable Journey From Rural Syria to Restorative Excellence in West Texas
Dr. Faraj was raised on a farm in rural Syria, where becoming a dentist seemed unimaginable. At 14, he and his family immigrated to the U.S., and he began a new life learning a new language, culture, and path forward. Dr. Faraj began exploring healthcare because he was inspired by his father's desire for a more stable future. He was ultimately drawn to dentistry for its hands-on nature and life-changing potential.
Dr. Faraj earned his DMD and Master of Dental Sciences degrees at the University of Connecticut, where he also completed a surgical prosthodontics residency, served as Chief Resident, and won the prestigious Hanau “Best of the Best” Award in prosthodontics.
Today, he brings that same determination and dedication to patients in Lubbock, where he transforms lives one smile at a time.
